NEIGHBORHOOPS Challenge Terms and Conditions

  • Liability Waiver: By participating in any event organized through the platform, you acknowledge and agree to release and hold harmless NEIGHBORHOOPS Challenge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages arising out of your participation.

  • Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful to others and complies with all event rules and regulations. We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event for violating these terms.

9. Donations and Payments

  • Payment Processing: All donations and payments made through the platform are processed securely. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

  • Refunds: All donations made through the platform are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for any errors or issues arising from payment processing.

10. Sponsorships

  • Sponsors may participate in NEIGHBORHOOPS Challenge events or initiatives. Sponsorship terms will be outlined in a separate agreement between the sponsor and NEIGHBORHOOPS Challenge.

11. Privacy

  • Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

12. Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall NEIGHBORHOOPS Challenge be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of your use of the platform.

13. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NEIGHBORHOOPS Challenge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
